Village Lakes Abound

Hot Springs Village was once described as a community of lakes surrounded by land. And it's still true today. We have seven recreational lakes, with four additional recreational lakes currently in development or under construction.

The Arkansas Game and Fish Commission stocks our lakes and monitors their progress. The result is bass, crappie, catfish and more, so big you don't have to exaggerate their size. Just in case you forget your fishing supplies, or perhaps your boat, we have two marinas that rent pontoon, paddle or fishing boats, as well as canoes, and they have fishing equipment, bait and fishing licenses for sale.

Our two beaches are also a popular attraction, espcially in the summer. Fill your shoes with sand or dip your toes in the lake, but don't miss our beautiful beaches.

Pavilions are also a popular gathering place in the spring, summer and fall. Our pavilions are used for family reunions, picnics, barbecues, and other social gatherings.

There are seven completed lakes in Hot Springs Village, Balboa, Coronado, Cortez, DeSoto, Isabella, Pineda, and Segovia. There are three additional lakes under construction (Granada, Estrella and Sophia), and one lake under development (Maria) from Cooper Communities Inc.
