The Desoto Games Area
The DeSoto Games Area provides recreation for all ages.
The games area is open year round. A daily fee is charged, however an annual fee can be bought.
The children and youth programs are constantly expanding. Summer activities have been incorporated into half-day camps for ages three to twelve. Activities include group games, swimming, archery, miniature golf, crafts, and theatre.
Mothers Day Out is held from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. for preschool children. They enjoy indoor and outdoor play, lessons, music, gymnastics, story time, computers, and crafts.
Miniature Golf, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a playground have entertained property owners for years.
In 1999, a new 3,000 square foot games building was built to accommodate indoor activities such as ping pong, pool, air hockey, fooseball, computer games, movies, and board games.
After school gymnastics, and ballet lessons are also offered.
Throughout the year special events are held for various ages.
The Games Building is also available for rent for parties, reunions, or club meetings.
