87 detached golf course frontage homes with asking prices ranging from $115,000 to $699,500 and an average asking price of $321,169 (down about 1.8%);

26 detached mountain-view homes with asking prices ranging from $99,900 to $554,900 and an average asking price of $315,530 (down 6.1%);

and 222 detached homes on interior wooded lots with asking prices ranging from $68,900 to $419,000 and an average asking price of $180,730 (up 0.6%).
